Cheryl has experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, divorce and separation, parenting, spirituality, and other life experiences. The majority of Cheryl’s training is in Narrative Therapy practices, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Grief and Loss, and Trauma. She believes each person has their own story and each story holds value as it has shaped the current experience. Through creating a safe space and the therapeutic relationship, Cheryl hopes to help you create a new reality and understanding of your experience that is more fulfilling.
